If you go solo it can be a fun way to get back into nature. Going with friends and camping is always a fun experience too. If you need to hike into your spot make sure that you have a lighter tent and know how to put it together before you go. You truly will love seeing the stars at night when you are camping and pitching a tent!

Go on a hike

Hiking can be a great form of experience and can get you outdoors. There typically are hikes right in towns. When you go a bit outside of town into the mountains there typically are more. Whether that means you set any other goal, you will be so glad that you set it and are enjoying working towards it.

Turn off your phone

Turning off your phone when you are experiencing the outdoors can connect you even more to nature. OF course, if you are driving your jeep you may need directions.
