This year, the BPM Festival is hosted for the seventh time in the very beginning of the year (January 3-12, 2014).

The festival originated as an industry event intended for hospitality industry in 2008, but since then it has expanded to become an event that gathers producers, DJs and fans of electronic dance music from all over the world.There are both daytime as well as nighttime showcases included into the program that take place in various places of Playa del Carmen.

The BPM Festival events for this year take place at different marquee clubs, like Kool Beach and Mamitas Beach Club for daytime parties and in Coco Maya and Blue Parrot for night owls. The three new venues for this year’s festival are also Fusion Beach Club intended for daytime parties, as well as the clubs Lost and Tabu for night parties.
